Easy Cooking Ideas for Singles#43- 10 minute Lemon-Pepper Chicken

Easy Cooking Ideas for Singles#43- 10 minute Lemon-Pepper Chicken is true to its name, quick and lemony and with the goodness of pepper.Chicken turns out great whether it’s fried, grilled, sautéed, baked, or roasted. It is affordable and cooks fast and like potato is king for vegans so is chicken for non-vegetarians. I like its adaptability to various cuisines; we Indians have different cuisines all over the country from Mughlai to Chettinad to chicken vindaloo and you can cook it Chinese style or an English roast.

Highly nutritious and delicious to taste, Chicken is the best source of protein for non-vegetarians. It is lean meat  and it has a calming effect on your body which makes it an excellent dinner, after a stressful day.

My recipe today is done in a jiffy, a universal favorite for health freaks and others. When you are running short of time or have sudden guests this Lemon-Pepper Chicken could be the one you want to try out.  It is ready in ten minutes!

No water? How will it cook without water in the pressure cooker?

    1. Hi Sheela…thanks for the query. If your chicken is fresh then u do not need to add water as it will cook in its own water but if u r using frozen then pls add half a cup of water.
